According to Socrates We cannot live better than in seeking to become better. I have practiced my craft every day since my very first  gig as a wide-eyed teenager. Sometimes a bartenders job is to entertain crowds and sometimes it's knowing when to leave people alone with a Scotch and their thoughts. This gallery is a selection of pictures of me, happy in my craft.

 " He was a wise man who invented beer" that's a quote from Plato.  I regularly attend seminars on various beers as well as wine , spirits whisky and coffee. I am an active competitor in cocktail and bartending competitions.
